Gymnastics is a unique sport requiring a unique treatment approach. The Gymnastics Physio is committed to helping gymnasts get healthy and stay healthy in the gym! There is often a disconnect between medical providers, coaches, parents, and gymnasts. I am here to bridge that gap. With my experience as a physical therapist and a background in gymnastics, I understand the demands of the sport.

I offer flexibility in your treatment. As a mobile therapist based in Minnesota, I can provide care at your gym, in your home, or through virtual sessions. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your performance, my mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.

Return to Gymnastics/Performance Coaching: Bridging the gap between physical therapy and return to gymnastics. Injury prevention screening and exercise programming to optimize full return to gymnastics. Objective planning to allow for safe load management. Education on recovery tools and prehabilitation. In-person services in MN. Virtual services available nationwide.

Team Clinics: Educational sessions for teams, coaches, and/or parents regarding common gymnastics injuries and prevention strategies. Willing to collaborate with teams to create customized sessions. In-person and virtual services available nationwide.
