Ian Crider - Gymnastics Physical Therapist

Bio: Dr. Ian Crider is a doctor of physical therapy, out of Nashville TN, who specializes in treating gymnasts and educating coaches and parents on how to keep their gymnasts healthy, happy, and safe. Before becoming a PT, Ian was a gymnast for 16 years, even competing for Springfield College for 4 years. He also coached for over 10 years, and coached everything from beginner level boys and girls up to level 10 and pre-elite. Now, Ian spends the majority of his time in the education sphere as "The Gymnastics Doc" and treating gymnast's injuries across the country through virtual care and locally through mobile visits.

Services Provided: Skilled Physical Therapy- Mobile in the the Nashville Area and Telehealth in licensed states (see below)

Mobility Assessments- Head to toe assessments to look for areas that decrease performance or potentially lead to injury. These can be done anywhere in the world via zoom, or locally in person.

If you don't see your state, contact Dr. Ian. There are many states that he can be licensed in with 48 hours because of reciprocity legislation.
