I'm dedicated to teaching both gymnasts and parents of gymnasts how to fuel for optimal performance and health with EASE and CONFIDENCE.
MY CREDENTIALS:
- 19 years in Gymnastics
- Former Auburn University Gymnast (competed in every meet 2016-2019)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Master of Science in Nutrition (MS)
